Our company mainly uses St35 produced by Baosteel in Shanghai as raw materials St37.4(10#)、St45(20#)、St55(35#)、Ck45(45#)、St52(16Mn)、lCrl8Ni9Ti、35CrMo Wait.The mechanical and process properties of the steel pipes produced by our company are excellent. The steel pipes can withstand high pressure and impact, making them particularly suitable for the hydraulic machinery and auto parts industries. Steel pipes can undergo cold bending deformation at any angle, expanding and flattening without cracks, making them suitable for industries that require various bending deformation processing.
The steel pipes provided by our company in the attached table "Chemical Composition and Mechanical Properties of Common Grades" meet or exceed the data listed in the table.

1. Common specifications and dimensional tolerances can be found in the attached table "Comparison Table of Common Specifications and Dimensional Tolerances"
2. Delivery length of steel pipe: usually 6 meters, (other delivery lengths negotiable)

Pressure
|
Calculation formula for pressure theory

Among them:
P=test pressure kgf/cm2 or N/mm2
S=nominal wall thickness of steel pipe
D=nominal outer diameter of steel pipe
R=allowable pressure kgf/cm2 or N/mm2, which is 80% of the lowest yield point of the corresponding steel grade

Weight
|
Fixed length is calculated based on theoretical weight, while non fixed length is settled based on actual weight.
The theoretical weight of steel pipes is calculated according to a series of formulas: W=(D-S) × S × 0.02466
Where W=weight per meter of steel pipe; S=nominal wall thickness of steel pipe; D=nominal outer diameter of steel pipe

SURFACE QUALITY
|
The inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipe are clean, free of oxide layer, cracks, folding, rolling, scarring, delamination, and hairline.
Steel pipes have inner and outer surface states corresponding to the manufacturing and heat treatment methods used (such as scratches, protrusions, grooves), but their depth should not exceed 0.025mm (this requirement is higher than the standard of DIN2391)

Anti corrosion packaging and transportation of steel pipes
|
Steel pipes coated with rust proof oil, two end plastic sealing, inner plastic film, outer burlap or wooden box packaging.
Note: Quality certificate shall be issued for steel pipes.
