Process Introduction: The finished product of DIN high-precision precision drawn bright seamless steel pipe is used as the phosphating steel pipe. Imported environmentally friendly phosphating solution is used to phosphating the inner and outer walls of the steel pipe, forming a black phosphating protective film. The rust proof oil is absorbed through the micropores in the phosphating film for rust prevention treatment, and the two ends are sealed for dust prevention treatment.

Process Introduction: Finished pipes made of DIN high-precision precision drawn bright seamless steel pipes are used for internal and external galvanizing of steel pipes. The inner and outer walls of the steel pipes are subjected to cold galvanizing treatment or military green passivation treatment after galvanizing, and the ends are covered with dust-proof treatment.
Main features: The inner and outer walls of the steel pipe are galvanized or passivated, with outstanding rust and corrosion resistance. Can be plated with white zinc, colored zinc (yellow zinc), and military green passivation. Note: The length of the steel pipe shall not exceed 3m. The main characteristics of military green passivation tubes are outstanding anti-corrosion performance, conducting neutral salt spray experiments according to GB/T10125 for 240 hours, and no red corrosive substances.
Main applications: military industry, automotive industry, railway locomotive industry. Users who have high requirements for rust and corrosion prevention on the inner and outer walls of steel pipes.
