Grade Classification And Tables Of Seamless Stainless Steel Tube

Steel grades of stainless steel division:
200 Series - chromium - nickel - manganese austenitic stainless steel
300 Series - chromium - nickel austenitic stainless steel
Model 301 - Good ductility for forming products. Also available through its rapid hardening machining. Good weldability. Abrasion resistance and fatigue strength than 304 stainless steel.
Model 302 - Corrosion resistance with 304, because of relatively high carbon intensity and therefore better.
Model 303 - By adding a small amount of sulfur, phosphorus so that it more than 304 machining.
Model 304 - GM models, that is 18 / 8 stainless steel. GB grades for 0Cr18Ni9.
Model 309 - There is better than 304 sexual temperature.
Model 316 - Following the 304, the second most widely used steel, used mainly for the food industry and surgical equipment, add the elements molybdenum and enable them to make a special corrosion-resistant structure. Than 304 because it has better corrosion resistance to chloride thus the ability to make "ship of steel" to use. SS316 is usually used for fuel recovery. 18/10 grade stainless steel is usually level with this application.
Model 321 - Because apart from added titanium weld material reduces the risk of corrosion in addition to other properties similar to 304.
400 Series - Ferritic and martensitic stainless steel
Model 408 - Heat resistance, and weak anti-corrosion, 11% Cr, 8% of Ni.
Model 409 - The cheapest model (British-American), usually as an automobile exhaust pipe, which is ferritic stainless steel (chromium steel).
Model 410 - Martensite (high-strength chrome steel), good wear resistance, poor corrosion resistance.
Model 416 - Sulfur added to improve the processing properties of materials.
Model 420 - "Cutting tool-class" martensitic steel, similar to Brandt's high-chromium stainless steel that the earliest. Also used in surgical tools, can make very bright.
Model 430 - Ferritic stainless steel, decorative, such as for automotive jewelry. Good shape, but the temperature and corrosion resistance to bad.
Model 440 - High-strength tool steel, carbon content slightly higher, after appropriate heat treatment to obtain higher yield strength, hardness can be achieved 58HRC, most belong to the list of stainless steel hardware. The most common example is the application of "razor blades." There are three common models: 440A, 440B,
440C, in addition to 440F (easier processing type).
500 Series - Heat-resistant chromium alloy steel.
600 Series - Precipitation-hardenable martensitic stainless steel.
Model 630 - The most commonly used precipitation hardening stainless steel models, often also called 17-4; 17% Cr, 4% Ni.

Austenitic 0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti ditto
Austenitic 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti Execllent intergranular corrosion resistant properties,suitable to manufacture the equipment which resist to sulphuric acids,phosphonic acids,formic acids and acetic acids.
Austenitic 0Cr18Ni10Ti Its intergranular corrosion resistant properties are enhanced by the addition of Ti.It is not recommended to use as decorative materials.
Austenitic 0Cr16Ni14 Nonmagnetic stainless steel,suitable to manufacture electronic parts.
Austenitic 1Cr17Ni7 Suitable to produce hign strength structural parts and use as the materials for railroad car.
Austenitic 0Cr17Ni12Mo2 Suitable for seawater and other medium applications,mainly used as pit corrosion resistant material to produce equip ment for photographic and food industries,and the inst-allations,rope,CD rod,bolts and nuts along the sea coast.
Austenitic 00Cr19Ni10 Used to manufacture outdoor equipment,building materials,heat-resistant parts and parts that are difficult to make heat treatment for chemical,coal,pertroleum industries than have hign repuirements for their intergranular corrosion resistant proper ties.
Austenitic 0-1Cr20Ni14Si2 Higher elevated temperature strength and excellent antioxidation properties,sensitive to atmosphere containing sulphur,has the tendency to phase precipitaion brittleness between 600-800C,Suitable to produce various furnace structures enduring stresses.
Austenitic 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 Ultra-low carbon type of 0CR17Ni12Mo2 steel,used to manufacture products which have special requirements for intergranular corrosion resistant properties.
Austenitic 0Cr25Ni20 Used as materials for furnace and exhaust gas cleaning systems of automobiles
Austenitic+Ferritic 00Cr18Ni5Mo3Si2 Excellent stress corrosion fracture resistant properties,higher strength.Suitable to apply in oil refining,chemical fetilizer,pulp and paper,petroleum,chemical industries and produce heat exchangers and coolers,in which the environment containschloride ions.
Ferritic 0Cr17(Ti) Suitable to produce silencers of automobiles and use as decorative materials
Ferritic 1Cr17 Hign quality general purpose steel.Suitable to use as meterials for inner decoration of the buildings,produce parts for heavy oil burners and home appliance.
Ferritic 00Cr12Ti Suitable to manufacture the inner drum of washing machine and use as decorative materials.
Ferritic 0Cr13 Suitable to produce parts needed higher toughness or enduring impact loads,such as blades of the gas turibine ,structural frames,bolts and nuts.
Ferritic 0Cr13AI No obvious hardening when cooling from hign temperature.Suitable to use as the materials for gas turbine,hardened parts and composite steel products.
Martensitic 1Cr13 Excellent corrosion resistant,mechanical properties.Suitable to produce general purpose parts,cutting tools,mechanical parts,petroleum refining equipment,bolts and nuts,pump rods,and kitchenware.
Martensitic 2Cr13 Hign hardness under hardening conditions,excellent corrosion resistant properties,suitable to produce blades of the gas turbine,kitchenware.
