Zhejiang Tianyang Steel Pipe is a high-quality manufacturing factory with the ability to independently supply precision carbon steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, and produce stainless steel composite heat exchange pipes and composite pipes.

　　In 2009, we acquired and constructed the southern factory area of Shanghai Tianyang Steel Pipe, which is 2.4 kilometers away from the company headquarters. After a renovation, it has been completely transformed. The precision stainless steel pipe production line and advanced steel pipe deep processing center in the southern factory area will significantly improve our stainless steel pipe supply capacity and steel pipe extension processing service capability.

The seamless steel pipes we manufacture are based on the basic standards of European EN10305 (German DIN2391), American ASTM269 standard series, and Japanese JIS standard series. We use high-quality hot-rolled seamless steel pipes E235, E255, E355, 304, 316/316L produced by Baosteel in Shanghai as raw materials, and then combine them with our company's unique steel pipe manufacturing and processing technology to achieve precision drawing or rolling. The significant features of the steel pipes we produce are high precision and high smoothness. Due to the use of a special non oxidizing bright heat treatment process NBK, the inner and outer walls of the steel pipe do not produce an oxide layer after heat treatment, and the cleanliness of the inner and outer walls of the steel pipe is high. The mechanical process performance of the steel pipe is excellent, and it can withstand high pressure without leakage in various use environments. It does not deform during cold bending, and has no cracks during expansion or flattening. In terms of dimensional accuracy and surface finish indicators, it exceeds the European EN series standards, American ASTM series standards, and Japanese JIS series standards, and the quality produced is comparable to similar products in Germany, the United States, and Japan.
In 2013, we officially launched our independently developed new product to the market: Carbon Steel/Stainless Steel Polymer Seamless Steel Pipe (referred to as Polymer Pipe). It is a new type of seamless steel pipe that uses high-precision carbon steel seamless steel pipe as the base material and stainless steel seamless steel pipe as the anti-corrosion functional material. It uses 3D cold polymer material to aggregate two different materials of seamless steel pipes in the form of inner and outer pipes. Polymer pipes possess both the excellent mechanical properties and toughness of carbon steel and the corrosion resistance of stainless steel, meeting the highest requirements for seamless steel pipes in terms of pressure resistance, durability, corrosion resistance, and cost-effectiveness.
